Scarce Liverpool First European Edition
This is an extremely rare edition of the Book of Mormon. It was the first one to be printed in England and was done in 1841. One of the rarest details about this edition is the fact that it is the ONLY edition printed outside of the United States by the order of the Prophet Joseph Smith. He had Brigham Young, Heber C. Kimball and Parley P. Pratt do this for him. This shows the great connection between Joseph Smith and Brigham Young before his death in 1844. It was the last Book of Mormon to be Printed while the Prophet was still alive. WOW!!! There were fewer copies printed of this edition, even less then the 1830 First Edition, making it near impossible to find in any condition. It is said that most scholars say this is a pivotal edition because all editions after were based on it.
